Q: How fast can you get my sign installed?
A: For most orders we can have your sign installed the next day as long as you get  the order to us by 5:00 pm the night before.

Q: What does the post look like?
A: The post is a white “Colonial” style post that has an arm that your sign is attached  to.  It is made of vinyl and it stands approximately 6 feet high.

Q: How are the signs attached to the post?
A: The signs are attached by “S” hooks that are squeezed into place by pliers  for  maximum holding strength.

Q: How can I add a “Rider” like “Open house” or “Sold” to the post?
A: We have installed a bracket on each post where you can easily add a rider by  simply putting your rider into the bracket, and then twist a thumbscrew to secure  it.

Q: How long can keep the post at my listing?
A: Indefinitely.  You can keep it there as long as you want for a nominal fee of  $5.00/month.

Q: How do you install the post?
A: We have a system where we drive a metal stake into the ground and then slip the  vinyl post over the top of the metal stake.

Q: What is the advantage of using vinyl over wooden posts?
A: Vinyl posts don’t mess up the landscaping because we don’t dig a hole in your  yard.  When we pull the stake when your listing sells we simply pull off the post  and pull the stake out of ground and we’re done.

Q: Do vinyl posts stand up as sturdy as wooden posts to the weather?
A: If properly installed vinyl posts stand up every bit as well as wooden posts.

Q: How do I submit an order for a sign post to be installed?
A: Log onto our website and create your account.  After that, simply fill out the  online form and hit the “Submit” button.  It’s that easy.
