Am I really going to be able to do this on my own?

Yes. Our step by step guide is really just that easy. We have also included audio guides for your use in the event that you need further assistance beyond the step by step instructions. The entire process is really very straight forward and requires little technical skill or knowledge.

How much does it cost?

Our tours are very priced very aggressively at $29.95 per tour. You do not need to purchase high volumes to get this price or sign a long term contract. We do offer special limited time promotional pricing in certain markets or in connection with certain promotional campaigns.

Do you have any packages or volume discounts?

No. We strive to give all of our customers access to high quality, robust, professional virtual tours at an affordable price.

What information does the website include?

Your virtual tour includes the following: domain name registration for 1 year, 1 year of hosting, you choose template layout and colors, client management system allowing you to update and manage your website, ability to email link to a friend, print flyers, contact broker via email or phone, links to city data, home information and details, upload your documents (floorplans, disclosures, etc..), website placed on Google, Yahoo and MSN search engines, listing is automatically placed on Google Real Estate.

Do you have any suggestions about taking photographs?

Use a quality digital camera. Take several pictures of each room you wish to display, you can sort out the good from the bad later. You don’t want to have to make multiple trips to get the right shots. Be very aware of what is in the background and edges of your photos. Remember, photos can always be cropped using Microsoft Paint and other programs, so sometimes getting a larger viewing area will give you more options if you choose to crop photos. Be creative, take photos from different angles. You may find that placing a chair in the corner of a room and taking photos from a slightly downward angle will add dimension and space to photographs. Keep all of your photos, you may find that you want to change photos on you website at a later date. As seasons change, update outside photos when flowers are in bloom. Last but not least, have fun!

What are my signage options?

Our custom store provides you with many signage options at wholesale prices. We recommend a rider if you have a post up for your listing. However, we do offer excellent alternatives if you are not able to have a post up for your listing. Please visit our company store to customize your website signage.

What do I do after the property is sold?

The website will stay active for up to one year, however, at any point within that year you can simply login and remove the website in seconds. If you choose to do nothing, the website will simply be removed 1 year from inception.

How is the website marketed for maximum exposure?

We immediately list your website under Google, Yahoo and MSN search engines. We also place your listing on Google Real Estate for free. We are currently working on several other major projects that will list your homes on major real estate search engines specifically designed to get homes noticed quickly. However, we believe that our strong relationship with Google and Google Real Estate is really the best and most important added exposure feature we offer to get your listings noticed. Still, nothing beats a traditional sign in the front yard that demands attention.

What type of commitment is their for service, cancellation fees, etc?

You have no term commitments and there are no cancellation fees. What you pay upfront is all you will ever pay for the first year of service, per website. If you would like to continue a tour beyond the first 12 months, there will be an added charge at that time.

How long do I have each website for?

Each website is purchased per year. The price you pay is for one full year of service.

Where do I get my agent logo?

Contact your broker and they can usually email you your company logo within 24 hours. If they do not have the logo, they will be able to direct you to proper contact.
